What products does G-Shield supply?
67 frozen items in five groups: frozen fish (36 — sardines, scads, mackerel, tuna and bonito, pomfret, croaker, barramundi, tilapia), squid (21 — Illex, Peruvian giant squid, Indian Ocean squid, whole and as tubes, rings, wings, necks and tentacles), cuttlefish and octopus (5), fillets (3) and shrimp and shellfish (2). Where is the company based?
Shishi City, Quanzhou, Fujian Province, China — No.164 Haojiang Road. Shishi is one of China's largest frozen seafood processing and trading clusters, close to Xiamen and Fuzhou ports.
Which countries do you export to?
24 markets: Philippines, Thailand, Malaysia, Singapore, Indonesia, Vietnam, Brunei, Japan, South Korea, Egypt, Côte d'Ivoire, Ghana, Nigeria, Senegal, Congo, Mozambique, Cameroon, Kenya, Rwanda, Tanzania, Russia, Colombia, Dominican Republic and Suriname.
Are you certified?
Our operation holds ISO certification and works under HACCP food-safety management. Certificate copies, including the applicable standard and certification body, are supplied on request.
What is the minimum order quantity?
It depends on the product and packing format. Most items are quoted from one 20ft container, and mixed containers across product lines are possible. Send your specification for a firm MOQ.
Can you pack under our own brand?
Yes. We produce to private label with your artwork, label copy and carton design. A packaging proof is approved by you before production.
Do you offer IQF and block frozen?
Both. IQF and block frozen formats are available depending on the item. Glaze percentage is specified by the buyer and stated on the packing list.
Which documents are provided?
Commercial invoice, packing list, certificate of origin, health/sanitary certificate and bill of lading. Additional certification required by your authority can be arranged if raised at enquiry stage.

What are your payment terms?
Terms are agreed per order and confirmed in the contract. Discuss them at quotation stage so they are settled before production.
