The HACCP certificate for the plant we ship from was reissued on 7 January 2026 and is valid until 6 January 2029. The certificate number is 001HACCP2300048, issued by the China Quality Certification Centre (CQC) under registration 00126H400025R101.
Who holds the certificate
The certificate is held by the production facility in Shishi that processes our orders, not by the trading company. G-Shield Seafood is the export and sales company, and we do not present the plant's certification as our own accreditation. The holder name, site address and signature are on the full scan, which is sent with every quotation; the public page carries a thumbnail with those details withheld.
What the scope covers
The certified scope names frozen sea fishing products including histamine-containing fish, frozen molluscs and canned fish, across food chain categories CI, CIV and CO. Read that as covering the processing and freezing operation, not as a product-by-product approval for every line in our catalogue. A buyer who needs a specific declaration for their own market should ask at enquiry stage and we will confirm what the plant can support.
How to verify it
Certificate numbers are public. Search 001HACCP2300048 on the CQC register at www.cqc.com.cn, or check the certification record through CNCA at www.cnca.gov.cn. Both are official registers; neither requires an account.
What this changes for a buyer
If your own audit or import file references our certificate, the number and validity dates are unchanged by this renewal cycle, so existing documentation stays valid. If you hold an older copy of the certificate with the previous expiry date, ask us for the current scan and we will send the 2026 issue.
