Our operation sits inside the national central fishing port at Xiangzhi Town, on the west coast of the Taiwan Strait. Below is the plant as it runs: receiving and sorting, freezing, cold storage, packing and the quality checks that run alongside them.
Scale: 9,000 m² of plant area, 300 t of processing a day, 6,000 t of cold storage and about 27,000 t exported a year — the run rate a container programme is planned against.
